社团和课外活动一直是我们MHS校园文化的重要组成部分。加入社团或团体有助于培养自信、建立人际关系以及增强归属感，这些对于学生的成功都至关重要。

Club Advisor Notes:
New Club Advisors: Complete the Online Application for Student Clubs. The application will be reviewed only during the months of September-October 1 and January. You may request editing access through Google Docs and must be logged in with your school Gmail.
Existing Club Advisors: You are responsible for maintaining your club's Google Doc. The school year above the club name should be updated each year so we know it is current. Edits to the listings will be handled by Activities staff via a Change Request Form.
Inactive Club Advisors: If a club should become inactive for any reason, please notify us ASAP by completing a Change Request Form.

Only clubs requiring a fee to join need to be registered through https://www.gobound.com/mn/districts/minnetonkaschools. All others, with the exception of Rec Sports, can be registered by contacting the Advisor or Student Representative listed on the linked club Google Doc.

- 为你的小组确定一个名称和宗旨/使命。确定你的小组最适合归入哪个类别（拓展活动、STEM、联谊/支持等）。
- 要成立一个社团，你需要至少有10名学生。此外，你还需要找到一位愿意担任该社团指导老师的教师。指导老师必须出席该社团的所有会议和外出活动。请确保你的指导老师知晓这一规定。
- 规划您的日程安排，包括：
- 会议形式（线上、线下或线上线下结合）
- 频率（每月、每两月、每周等）
- 日期、时间、地点（如果是线上活动，请获取Google Meet会议名称及Schoology代码（如适用））
- 填写在线 学生社团申请表 （或复制并粘贴 https://forms.gle/rFieph9FUQJC7Yg18 链接）。新社团的申请仅在9月至10月15日以及1月期间受理。
- 提交表格后，请联系 Ted Schultz，邮箱地址为 ted.schultz@minnetonkaschools.org 联系Ted Schultz，安排一次会议。
- 申请获批后，您和您的指导老师将被要求在 Google 文档中填写一份社团简介。您需负责在整个学年期间以及每学年伊始更新该文档。
